SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

• Standard Shipping (Australia Post): Available on orders $99.99 and under. 3-7 business days.
• Express Shipping: Available on orders $50.00 and over. 1-3 business days.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $150 AUD (Standard shipping, 5-10 business days)
• PLEASE ALLOW 2 BUSINESS DAYS FOR ORDER TO BE FILLED

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. All prices include GST where applicable.

Delivery Areas We ship Australia-wide. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery times. We also offer local delivery to orders over $90 for the following post codes; 4580, 4620, 4621, 4625, 4650, 4655, 4659, 4660, 4662, 4670, 4671, 4673 and 4702.
